General settings — hardware and receipt header

Tap ⋮ → General settings. Six tabs run down the left.

  • Receipt header — Store name, Address and GST number, which print at the top of every receipt. Tap Save when you change them. The GST number follows the registered business and only the owner account can change it.
  • Receipt layout — switch the customer receipt and kitchen ticket between the built-in Default layout and a Custom one you build yourself. See Receipts and printing.
  • Printers — the built-in printer is added on its own; tap Add network printer to add one by IP. With none set up the page says No printers. Built-in not detected on this device — add a network printer.
  • Payment terminal — shows which card channels are enabled for the store. Enter this device's Terminal ID (TID) and the store's Merchant ID (MID), tap Test connection, then Save. Connect terminal pairs this till with the reader — run it once per device, and again if card results stop coming back.
  • Screen management — switch on Customer display for a second customer-facing screen, and under Kitchen display (KDS) turn on Send orders to kitchen screens, add each screen with Add screen, and route each product category to a screen under Category → screen.
  • Mode change — turn this device into an unattended self-order kiosk or a queue-ticket station. See Device modes.
