Reports

Eight views over the same period, each exportable. Set the period and the store once at the top; every tab follows it.

Set the period

  1. Click Reports, then click the date range at the top left.
  2. Pick a preset down the left of the calendar — Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month — or click a start and an end day for your own range.
  3. Use the store dropdown beside it to stay on All stores or focus one branch.
Sales Summary tab showing date range, store filter, seven report tabs, eight summary figures and a daily sales trend chart with an export CSV button
Sales Summary — orders, gross, discount, refunds, net, GST, average order value, surcharge and base (excluding surcharge), then the daily trend and a sales-by-hour chart.

The other tabs

TabWhat it answers

PaymentMoney by method and acquiring channel — count, received, refunded, net and share of takings.
CategoriesQuantity, revenue, share and margin per category.
Item ReportSales detail broken out by unit: product, SKU, category, the unit sold (Base, Case, Nip…), quantity, revenue, cost, margin and margin %.
Popular ItemsYour top twenty products (unit sizes totalled together), switchable between By revenue and By qty.
WastageTotal waste value and quantity, then every write-off with its product, quantity, unit cost, operator and reason.
PointsLoyalty points earned and redeemed in the period, per member and in total.
Item Report tab showing a table with product, SKU, category, unit, quantity sold, revenue, cost, margin and margin percent, with separate rows for the Case, Box, Nip and Base units of the same products
Item Report gives each unit its own line, so a case sale and a single sale of the same product are counted separately. Popular Items instead totals every unit of a product together for the leaderboard.

Export

  1. Click Export CSV on the card you want. Several tabs have one button per table.
  2. A CSV named after that report downloads through your browser — for example the summary trend saves as sales-summary-daily.csv.
  3. The file contains the rows for the period and store currently selected, so set those before you export.
